My name is Ms. Cisa, and I’m the founder and owner of Cisa’s Zen Kids. I am a mother, an educator, and an advocate for holistic child development. I created my child care business to provide the kind of nurturing, mindful, and enriching environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
I am a certified Reiki 2 practitioner deeply in touch with individuals' energy which allows me to cultivate a program that is peaceful, supportive, and nurturing for every single child in my care and teach children how to manage emotions, build confidence, and develop strong interpersonal skills from an early age. I believe that children thrive when they feel safe, seen, and supported, which is why I have designed my space and practices to be warm and engaging.

I’m so excited to share more about our program with you. Cisa’s Zen Kids is a licensed in-home Holistic Head Start, designed to provide a warm, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
What makes us unique is our holistic approach to early childhood education. We blend traditional learning with mindfulness, movement, cultural enrichment, and social-emotional development to ensure that your child not only gains the academic skills they need but also learns how to regulate emotions, build confidence, and develop a strong sense of self.
We believe that every child is unique, and our goal is to honor and nurture their individuality while preparing them for success in school and life. Our days include engaging activities, creative play, nature-based learning, and mindfulness practices, all within a safe and loving home-like setting.
